Peyton Wallace prides himself in his dynamic level of service combined with a unique and informed perspective of the market, specifically the luxury real estate market on Martha's Vineyard. Peyton is exceptionally qualified to provide accurate data, industry perspectives, and detailed current market conditions as well as a focused understanding of the luxury consumer. Peyton brings many added-value skills to the process of buying and selling properties and has consulted in numerous situations with clients who value his insights and opinions tremendously.

Peyton covers the complete gamut of services for residential on Martha's Vineyard. From representing sellers through a comprehensive marketing plan to representing buyers with an educated view of the current market, he strives to provide the highest quality service and go beyond the expected. His services extend far beyond the close of each transaction and his foundation in business are long-term relationships based on trust.

With over 13 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker on Martha's Vineyard and over $150 million in sales on-island, Peyton is a gifted, knowledgeable professional with an exceptional array of abilities and marketing savvy. He has guided buyers and sellers successfully through both difficult markets, like that seen in 2008-2009, and more robust periods. Also, he has experience with the luxury market in Manhattan, where he was a REBNY member and worked recently on a WSJ top 100 team. He still holds real estate licenses in Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut, and has a wide network of contacts spanning multiple markets.

Peyton received a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he captained the varsity golf team and achieved Academic All-American status for his final two years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he spent summers with his family on the Edgartown Great Pond. He graduated high school from San Francisco University High School, and his immediate family resides in Manhattan, the Bay Area, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He resides in West Tisbury with his wife Christina and their two children.
